Payment Information

Fabric and Embroidery accepts payment via credit card using the PayPal payment gateway. All credit card data is securely encrypted using SSL technology. Please refer to the Paypal website for full terms and conditions of their payment system. Payment must be made before the commencement of delivery. 
 

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Fabric and Embroidery management.

If you are not satisfied with your Fabric and Embroidery purchase of a product, please e-mail di@fabricandembroidery.com.au within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product and include:

• Name
• Contact details
• Date of purchase
• Product name
• Job Number (Located on your receipt).
• The reason why you are unsatisfied.
