Prices and Payment All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal. Corporate and Wholesale orders may use other payment options, please contact for further details.
Customs and Import Duties for International Buyers Please be aware that Fabric and Embroidery are not responsible for any customs or import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Postage/Shipping All items will be sent through Australia Post. Postage/Shipping charges are based on Australia Post rates. Whilst all care is taken, Fabric and Embroidery cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage beyond their control to goods that may occur during delivery. If you wish to enquire about insuring your order please contact us.
Delivery Fabric and Embroidery aim to process and dispatch your order within 48 business hours of payment being received. Deliveries will be made during standard business hours Monday to Friday. You will be notified via email when you order has been dispatched.

Refunds
The Company warrants that the Goods supplied are of merchantable quality and shall comply with the description and specifications as set out on the label or other product documentation published by the Company. The Companies liability for breach of a condition or warranty is limited to any one of the following as determined by the Company: The replacement of the Goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the Goods or payment of the cost of repair of the Goods, or refund of the price paid by the Customer to the Company.
Errors Fabric and Embroidery will not be held responsible or liable if insufficient or incorrect information is supplied by the customer which may lead to late deliveries or failed deliveries. The onus is with the customer to check that all the information given is correct, complete and accurate before the order is submitted.

We will only use this data for the purpose of processing an order, communicating with you about the status of your order or providing subscription information such as newletters and bulletins.
